Terms of Service

Effective date: June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Genreach (the “Service”), available at genreach.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Genreach is a tool that generates images, videos, scripts, and captions using AI, and lets you optionally publish content to social media accounts you connect. We may update, add to, or discontinue features over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 13) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Credits & billing

The Service runs on credits. New accounts receive a free credit allotment; additional credits may be purchased or provided through a subscription. Credits are consumed when you run generation jobs and are reserved up front. Except where required by law, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, generate, or publish content that:

  • is illegal, infringes others’ intellectual property, or violates privacy;
  • is sexually explicit involving minors, or is otherwise abusive or exploitative;
  • harasses, defames, or incites violence or hatred against others;
  • is deceptive, fraudulent, spam, or designed to mislead;
  • violates the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any platform you publish to (including TikTok and YouTube).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or that abuse the Service.

5. AI-generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate and publish. AI output can be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and may not be eligible for copyright in every jurisdiction. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights to the content you generate, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Publishing to connected accounts

When you connect a TikTok or YouTube account, you authorize us to publish content to that account on your behalf — but only the specific content you explicitly choose to publish. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms and policies for any content you publish through the Service. You can disconnect a social account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how connected-account data is handled.

7. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Genreach and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our marks or software beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements or be fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genreach will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of- laws rules.
