Terms of Service

Genreach is a tool that generates images, videos, scripts, and captions using AI, and lets you optionally publish content to social media accounts you connect. We may update, add to, or discontinue features over time.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 13) to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Service runs on credits. New accounts receive a free credit allotment; additional credits may be purchased or provided through a subscription. Credits are consumed when you run generation jobs and are reserved up front. Except where required by law, purchased credits and subscription fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively.

There are two kinds of credits and they expire differently. Subscription credits are included with a plan, roll over while the plan is active up to three times your monthly allotment, and end when the subscription ends. Top-up credits are credits you buy separately; they are not affected by a cancellation and remain available for 18 months from your most recent purchase. Where a plan includes storage of your generated media, media retention follows your current plan — see the Privacy Policy for the retention windows.

You agree not to use the Service to create, generate, or publish content that:

• is illegal, infringes others’ intellectual property, or violates privacy;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or is otherwise abusive or exploitative;
• harasses, defames, or incites violence or hatred against others;
• is deceptive, fraudulent, spam, or designed to mislead;
• violates the terms, policies, or community guidelines of any platform you publish to (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn).

Use restrictions from our AI model providers. The Service runs on AI models made by other companies, and they restrict how their models, and what those models produce, may be used. Those restrictions are written into this section, and you must follow them. In addition to the list above, you may not use the Service, or anything made with it:

• to train, fine-tune, distill or otherwise improve any AI model;
• in any way that may harm yourself or others, or that exploits or harms minors, or is meant to;
• to infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate anyone’s intellectual-property or other proprietary rights;
• to get around, switch off or weaken our safety checks or those of the AI models behind the Service;
• to make or spread verifiably false information in order to harm others or to influence an election, or to create or facilitate fake online engagement, such as fake reviews;
• to defame, disparage or harass anyone;
• to impersonate a person without their consent or a lawful right to do so, or to share personal information in order to harm someone;
• to make or spread malware, or anything else meant to damage computer systems;
• to promote, plan or support violent extremism or terrorism, or for military purposes;
• to discriminate against or harm people because of protected characteristics, their behavior online or offline, or their personality, or to exploit the vulnerabilities of a group (because of age, or social, physical or mental circumstances) in a way that causes or is likely to cause harm;
• to make high-risk automated decisions about people’s safety, rights or well-being, for example in law enforcement, immigration, healthcare, critical infrastructure, product safety, essential services, credit, employment, housing, education, social scoring or insurance;
• to engage in any unauthorized or unlicensed professional activity, such as financial, legal or medical practice;
• in a way that violates or disregards the social, ethical or moral standards of other countries or regions;
• in public, such as in a post, an ad or on a website, without clearly and prominently saying that it is AI-generated (for example, by turning on the platform’s AI label) when it is a video the Service generated, a still or clip taken from one, or a video in which the Service changed how a real person looks or sounds (such as a lip-synced mouth or a cloned voice); and the same for an image or audio that could be mistaken for real, or wherever the law or the platform requires it. Footage you filmed yourself — not made with the Service — that you only cut, reframe, caption, set to music or re-voice with a stock voice is not covered by the first part of this item; or
• after knowingly removing or altering the AI-disclosure information we put in its file.

You must also follow the laws that apply to you, including export-control and sanctions laws. To report content made with the Service that breaks these rules, use our report form.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or that abuse the Service.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate and publish. AI output can be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and may not be eligible for copyright in every jurisdiction. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you retain rights to the content you generate, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Some features let you use a real person’s face or voice — for example a photo of yourself or a recording of your own voice. You may only do so if you are that person or have their explicit permission, and you must confirm this before generating; we keep a record of that confirmation. If you believe something made with Genreach copies your logo, trademark or other work, email [email protected] with a link or screenshot, what is yours, and how to reach you. We review every report and may remove content or close accounts.

When you connect a TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn account, you authorize us to publish content to that account on your behalf — but only the specific content you explicitly choose to publish. You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms and policies for any content you publish through the Service. You can disconnect a social account at any time. By connecting a YouTube account or using YouTube features in Genreach, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The Service itself — including its software, design, and branding — is owned by Richen Labs LLC and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our marks or software beyond using the Service as intended.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

If something in an account is reported to us — for example content involving a child or an intimate image — we may keep that content and the account’s data, and pause deletion of the account and of its files, until we have reviewed the report and met any legal duty to preserve or report it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements or be fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Richen Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of- laws rules.
