Getting started

What is Genreach?
Genreach is an AI ad and video studio: make video ads, films, images, voiceovers and music, then publish them straight to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn — in 20 languages.
Do I need to pay to try it?
No. Every new account gets 80 free credits and the free tools (images, photo carousels, group photos, voiceovers, music, and Clip Cutter) plus publishing and scheduling — no credit card required.
How do I make my first piece of content?
From the dashboard, pick a generator, describe what you want, and hit Enhance to preview how we'll interpret it before spending credits — then Generate.

Credits & billing

What are credits?
Credits are what generation costs. Different outputs cost different amounts (a quick image is cheap; HD images and longer videos cost more) — the exact cost is shown on each generator before you run it.
What do paid plans add?
Any paid plan adds monthly credits and unlocks Cinematic film, Product Ads, Dance & Fight, Talking-head video, Your Voice and Brand Kit. Pro and Studio add 4K images, the developer API and the deeper analytics. See the plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the Billing page anytime; you keep access until the period ends.

Publishing & connected accounts

How do I publish to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn?
Connect your account once on the Connections page, then open any finished video and hit Publish (or schedule it for later). Publishing and scheduling are free on every plan. Instagram connects through Facebook login and needs a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page; Facebook publishing posts to a Page you manage; LinkedIn posts to your personal feed.
Are there limits on the free plan?
Publishing and scheduling are free on every plan, but the free tier has soft volume limits: connect up to 3 social accounts and keep up to 10 posts in your schedule queue. Paid plans are unlimited.
Can I schedule posts for later?
Yes — choose “Schedule for later” when publishing, and track everything on the Content Calendar.

Features

Which features are free vs paid?
Free: images, photo editing, photo carousels, group photos, voiceovers, music, Clip Cutter, AI Dubbing, and publishing & scheduling. Any paid plan: Cinematic film, Product Ads, Dance & Fight, Talking-head video, Your Voice, Brand Kit. Pro & Studio: 4K images, the developer API, deeper analytics.
I set up Autopilot channels before — what happens to them?
Autopilot is no longer offered. Existing channels stay visible and paused; nothing publishes from them. To keep a cadence, batch a few videos in one sitting and schedule them from the publish screen — scheduling is free on every plan.
Can I use my own voice or brand?
Yes — clone your voice on the Voices page (with your consent) and set your logo + end card via Brand Kit. Both are paid features.

Account, data & privacy

Which languages are supported?
20 languages with native voice + captions — including English, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Russian, German, French, Japanese and Chinese.
Are my connected accounts secure?
Yes — social tokens are stored encrypted on our backend, never shown or shared, and you can disconnect any account at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I download what I made?
Open any item in your Library and click Download — it saves the full-resolution file.

Troubleshooting

A generation failed — was I charged?
No. Credits reserved for a job that fails are returned automatically; check your balance on the Billing page.
Is there a Discord community I can ask in?
Yes. The Genreach Discord has a #help channel for questions — including billing, refunds and connections that won’t work — plus #tutorials and a changelog of what shipped. Open the community server. Anything that has to stay private goes through a ticket instead, or [email protected].
